Delivery Policy

• UK orders are typically dispatched within 3 – 5 working days.

• International orders are usually dispatched within 5 – 7 working days, depending on the shipping option selected.

• During busy periods or new launches, please allow up to 5 additional working days to those stated above.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

• Once your parcel is in transit, delivery time frames are the responsibility of the courier.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an extra 2–3 days in case of courier delays.

If the courier attempts to deliver and no one is available:

• A calling card will be left (or a notification sent via email/text)

• The parcel may be taken to your local depot or parcel shop for collection

• It is your responsibility to collect the parcel within the time stated

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address, we can resend it — but additional postage charges will apply.
