Return Policy

We delight in sourcing our products from local companies that supply quality printed items, and we hope you love your purchase from SwordTruth. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it as outlined below.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund.
We also offer store credit or an exchange within 28 days, where stock allows.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In its original new condition
With all original tags still attached

Please also include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is not covered by us and must be arranged at your own expense.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage, as items remain your responsibility until they are safely received by us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 5 working days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In busy periods, please allow up to 15 working days for your return to be
processed.

Sizing Issues

If we sent you the wrong size:
We will gladly remake and resend your item once the original is returned.

If you ordered the wrong size:
As most of our pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns if the item matches the original order. Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Personalised or bespoke items
Commissioned or made-to-order work
Items received as part of a promotional bundle (unless the full bundle is returned)

If you received a free item as part of your order, this must also be returned with any qualifying items. If not returned, the value of the free item may be deducted from your refund.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

Exchange requests will be honoured subject to availability and meeting the criteria of a returned item.
If your requested size or item is unavailable at the time of return, you will receive a store credit or refund to your original payment method.
