CAN I SEND AN ITEM AS A GIFT?

Yes! You will need to enter the recipient's shipping address when you complete your order.

Some products will give you the option to add "Additional Notes" so you can inform us that the item will be sent straight to the recipient. At present, we are unable to add a gift message but hope to offer this service in the future.

If there isn't an "Additional Notes" section on a product, please enter the recipient's shipping address when you checkout and email us at info@swordtruth.com  to let them know it's a gift.

CAN PRODUCTS BE PERSONALISED?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We delight in sourcing our products from local companies that supply quality printed items and hope you love your purchase from SwordTruths. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return them in the following way.

Returning items:
  1. If you want to return your items, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return the items back to us. 

  2. All items must be in the same condition it was received this means that merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  3. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns; this is done at your own cost.

  4. Refunds will be made once the product has been received, and a refund will be issued directly to your payment card within 5 working days.

Can I return it if the top is larger/smaller than I expected?

If we have sent you the wrong size garment, we will absolutely remake it for you in the right size when you return it. If we have sent you the garment you ordered, we will not be able to accept it for return as we have made it just for you. We do provide sizing information on the site, which acts as a guide when choosing your size..

Items that cannot be returned:
  1. Personalised items: Anything with a personalised or bespoke element that has been made to order for you.

  2. Commissions: Anything that has been specifically commissioned, for instance, a piece of original artwork.
