We delight in sourcing our products from local companies that supply quality printed items and hope you love your order. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original new condition

• Tags must be attached

• Return shipping is at your own cost

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Our designs are professionally applied using high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers from a leading UK-based supplier known for vibrant, long-lasting prints. To keep your design looking fresh: wash inside out on a cool 40°C or less cycle, avoid tumble drying, and do not iron directly over the design. With the right care, your design will stay bold wash after wash. Remember, a little care goes a long way in maintaining its lifespan.

Our garments are standard UK sizing and fit true to size unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For the best fit:

• If you prefer a relaxed/oversized look, size up

• If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort

If we made an error and sent you the wrong size, we'll replace the item once it's returned. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original new condition with tags attached. Return shipping is at your own cost. If the size you received matches your order but doesn’t fit, we unfortunately cannot accept the return, as many of our items are purchased to order. Please refer to the sizing guide on each product page to help you choose the best fit.

We cannot accept returns on personalised items (customised with names, verses, or messages) and commissioned pieces (such as original artwork or one-of-a-kind items). If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please view our Returns Policy or email us before ordering. We’re happy to help.

Absolutely! We ship worldwide using tracked delivery services. Dispatch usually happens within 5–7 working days. Delivery times vary by location, so please check our Delivery Policy for more details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number with your email please email info@swordtruth.com.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

We occasionally offer free delivery promotions, especially for UK orders. Any active offers will be shown at checkout or announced on our homepage or via our newsletter updates. Be sure to sign up so you don't miss out!

Some products allow you to add "Additional Notes" — you can use this to let us know it’s a gift.

Yes! You can design your own one-of-a-kind Christian clothing.

We offer fully customisable garments — whether you want a double-sided print (front and back) or a single-sided design, we’ve got you covered. You can add your favourite verse, faith-based message, or meaningful image to make it truly yours. Prices start from £30

Our process is simple:

1. Choose your item (T-shirt, hoodie etc)

2. Tell us or send us your design - the verse or phrase you want included

3. Your preferred font, colour, and style (if known)

4. Receive a mock-up to approve before we print
