All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract between you and SwordTruth is formed when the goods are dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, suspicion of fraud, or an issue with stock availability.

We accept secure payment through trusted third-party gateways such as Wix Payments and PayPal. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We do not store or process any payment card details directly.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

You will receive tracking information where applicable once your order has been dispatched.

SwordTruth is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external carriers.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original new condition with tags attached

• Not personalised or customised

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Items that have been personalised, customised, or made to order cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. SwordTruth reserves the right to make minor changes to designs or sizing to improve product quality.

All designs, logos, product names, and content on this website are the intellectual property of SwordTruth. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.
